I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully renovated, spacious, and had a huge and incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The service was exceptional, from the welcoming reception to the attentive room service and housekeeping. The location was perfect, right in the center of Chertsey and next to a lovely pub with a beer garden. The dining experience, especially the promptly served pancakes, was a delightful touch. However, the price could be a bit steep for some, considering the value for money. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
